11:30 am - 2:00 pm - Calming Lamb Zone (petting area)
12:00 pm - Live music inside the hall: The Quaggy Collective

All Parade Entry Forms are to be received
via email by Sunday, May 25, 2025.
Parade participants must arrive no later than 10:30am or risk not being included.

Who can participate in the parade?

For Oyama Fun Days, anyone interested in celebrating with us is welcome to participate in the parade! We encourage members of the community, businesses, and any individuals eager to join in the festivities. Registering your float is super easy—just fill out our parade entry form above so we can gather your information and keep you updated on parade details.

When will the road be closed for the parade? -
Road closure for Oyama Road is scheduled from 11:00am-11:30am
Where is parking available for Oyama Fun Days? -
We recommend parking on Pelmewash Parkway and walking to Oyama Road to find your parade spot. Alternatively, consider riding bikes, carpooling, taking the bus or using other transportation methods. We've included several parking options on our parade map, including the new Oyama Community Club parking lot to the north of our building. Please plan ahead, allow ample time for parking, and be respectful of private property by avoiding unauthorized parking areas.
Can I donate something to the silent auction? -
Yes, thank you for your interest! We’re gratefully accepting items for the Oyama Fun Day Silent Auction, with all proceeds going to support the Oyama Community Club. Oyama Fun Day features a vibrant vendor market with local artisans, makers, and small businesses. Our Oyama Fun Day Silent Auction is a fun and impactful way to
support the Oyama Community Club!
We’re looking for donated items—gift baskets, gift cards, handmade goods, experiences, and more. All proceeds go toward supporting events, hall upkeep, and future community projects.
