Additional Details:

Booking Fee - 50% of rental - non-refundable

 

Damage Deposit - $700 for Full Rental

                                  $500 for Main Hall

                                  $300 for Memorial Hall
 

Cleaning Fee - Additional fee - approx. $100-400

(dependant on length and type of rental)
 

Basic PA System Rental - $150/event
 

Projector & Screen Rental - $150/event
 

Insurance - Rental cost does not include insurance. All rentals must have insurance.

Weekend Retreat Option
With nine on-site camping spots, guests can stay on the property and make a full weekend of it—ideal for reunions or retreats. (Available only when renting the building facilities.)

Rental FAQs

1. If I rent the hall for Saturday and Sunday, when do I need to be cleaned up and out?

All rentals must be fully cleaned up and vacated by 2:00 p.m. on your final day (checkout day). If you require additional time, you can add hours to your rental package at an hourly rate.

 

2. Can we rent the camping area on its own?

No, the camping area is only available to those who are renting the building facility as part of their rental.

 

3. Are dishes included with the kitchen rental?

No, dishes are not included. If you're planning to use the kitchen or commercial kitchen, please bring or rent your own serving ware and any necessary dishes for your event.

 

4. How much is the cleaning fee?

Cleaning fees vary depending on the length and type of rental. Cleaning fees typically range from $100 to $400.

 

5. Do I need insurance to rent the hall?

Yes, insurance is required for all rentals. We have links on our website to our insurance policy and suggestions for affordable event insurance providers.

 

6. Is there a sound system available?

Yes, we offer a basic PA system for rent at $150 per event. We also have a screen and projector available for rent $150 per event.

 

7. How many tables and chairs are available?

We have enough tables and chairs to accommodate:

  • 297 guests in the Main Hall

  • 100 guests in the Memorial Hall

  • (Table and chair info for the Concession Area coming soon)

 

8. Do we have access to parking with our rental?

Yes, rental of the hall includes access to our parking area behind the building.

 

9. Are there restrictions on decorations?

Yes. We do not allow any permanent decorations or alterations to the hall. Glitter and confetti are also not permitted, as they are difficult to clean.

 

10. How can I view availability for rentals and get a quote for my rental?
